Adam West reprised his role as The Bright Knight last Fall in the DC animated feature Batman: Return Of The Caped Crusaders. A sequel was announced soon after that film's release, however, with the actor's recent passing, fans have wondered if he'd actually return to take on Gotham City District Attorney Harvey Dent in Batman vs. Two-Face.
Well, fans can rest easy as Adam West's Batman is set to rise one more time.
Our friends at 13th Dimension reached out to Warner Bros., who confirmed that Adam West completed his recording for the animated feature prior to his death.
While no official release date or synopsis has been announced yet, the film features the voice talents of Adam West, Burt Ward, Julie Newmar and newcomer William Shatner as Two-Face. While the original 60's series featured a number of Batman's most famous rogues, Two-Face never made an appearance on the live-action show.
Stay tuned for further details soon.
